DNS notification support

Fabian Fagerholm suggested the following possibilities to implement notification support into the PowerDNS ldapbackend:

• Persistent search
• LDAP client update protocol (LCUP)
• OpenLDAP Sync Replication

LCUP is the only technique that is standardized as RFC by the IETF and might be supported by more than one implementation.
