PowerDNS is an extremly clean and versatile Open Source DNS server written by Bert Hubert. The LDAP DNS backend enables it to fetch DNS information from every standard compliant LDAP server and combines the power of one of the best DNS server implementations with the ease of management provided by LDAP.
